Through my personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrative plan to achieve full body wellness. I help you combine many practices that are tailored to your values, lifestyle, needs and wants. This is all about you and what you need to create the life and health you want. It could be stress or weight management, self-esteem, relationships, career, nutrition, etc. I help you to discover your intuitive know how on what is right for you and help you to create changes that are sustainable. You may trip up here and there and that is ok. Just like water keeps moving forward regardless of the obstacles, I will be here to guide and support you through the process of making these changes so you are always moving in the direction of a happier and healthier you. Improving your relationship with food

Try something new

Begin exploring your relationship with food by trying new and easy ways to keep you interested and happy with your food choices and taste. There is no diet plan or restricting your food. It’s all about finding what you already enjoy that is healthy and building upon that. Healthy food should also be delicious.



Target Specific Issues

If allergies, illness, or other aversions have complicated your relationship with food, we will work together to find the right foods to fit your lifestyle, health issues and your enjoyment of food.

one on one Coaching

It all begins with a conversation. Tell me what you want to achieve and we will sit and talk about all the ways to make it happen. Everything we do is all about you. I will help you fit small changes that fit into your lifestyle. One on one is a very confidential session where you can express yourself without judgement. This way you and I can really understand what your obstacles are and how to work to around them.

 

Build it. Group coaching

This is also a confidential and non-judgmental session. We discuss issues that are common to you all and help you find ways in which to build your confidence and master your challenges. This is ideal for people who love that added comfort of comradery and accountability. We have lots of great discussions and a lot of laughs.
