This session is designed to help you focus on a specific topic where you may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we will:

  • Explore and clarify the challenges you’re facing

  • Brainstorm possible approaches and solutions

  • Set meaningful goals

  • Develop a practical action plan to overcome obstacles

After the session, you’ll receive:

  • Session notes via email for easy reference

  • Any additional resources or materials if needed
